What is the Asian Development Bank?
The ADB Internship Program is project-based and offers a learning opportunity for students to gain experience through research assignments based on ADB’s current operational needs. ADB assists its members and partners by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a student of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in one of the ADB member countries.
- Interested in an academic field of study directly related to ADB’s work.
- Must be a resident of one of ADB’s member countries.
- Excellent skills in English.
- Professional experience relevant to the assignment.
Selection Process:
- Application: Submit through the Online Portal.
- Document Submission: Prepare and upload CVs and answer essay questions.
- Evaluation: ADB evaluates applications based on eligibility, relevance of work experience and educational study, and motivation to contribute to development work.
