Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold citizenship of a country other than Kazakhstan or be of Kazakh nationality but not a citizen of Kazakhstan.
- For undergraduate programs: Provide evidence of secondary education with satisfactory grades.
- For Master’s programs: Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent.
- For Ph.D. programs: Hold a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent.
- Provide an international language certificate for Master’s and Ph.D. programs.
